Default Was bitting inner cheek & lip

Been off analogs around a month (smoked close to 40 yrs), very satisfied vaping as alternative but last week I was bitting my inner cheek and lips constantly.

Did it all of last week, but suddenly this week I am not.
    Was that withdrawls?

Also wondering if it was "nerves or guilt" from having spent so much time with this new "hobby"(?).

It can't be you developed a habit if it only lasted a week. It could be related to smoking withdrawal but that's even in question since you only had it one week. IMO it is related to something mental. Were you stressed that week more than usual. Glad you quit doing this. I hate cuts and ulcers in my mouth.

Don't forget that analogs give a much stronger nic hit than vaporizers - could explain why you were biting. I think the biggest hurdle most converts have to deal with is just that they're expecting the nic rush of analogs.

Hang in, and keep vaping...It will all work out in the end...
Besides, what do you have to lose....except analogs...
    good luck,,,,

    Thanks for everyones kind input.
Between ecigs and this community support I feel pretty comfortable analogs dont stand a chance.

As long as you were only biting your own inner cheek and lip, all is good and I feel my avatar is safe.

This happened to me when I quit for a few months, 4 years ago with out vaping. It mostly happened while I was asleep and I'd notice it after I woke.
It happened again when I quit with e-cigs, but just for a couple of weeks and hasn't happened since. Possibly withdrawls. Expect a few changes for the good.
My main issue/side-effect was sore neck muscles probably due to new inhalation technique and poor laptop posture!... rolls shoulder...
