    I can't get their site to work on any browser.

    Also, as a random addition- I'm waiting on a "lady pipe" from a site in the UK. Can't wait!

    The pulldown menus won't show any options if the item is out of stock. Puresmoker just ran his stock down as much as possible because he is moving in a couple days. They won't stock back up until around the 20th.
    If God is watching us, the least we can do is provide some entertainment.

    Suprise! Suprise! hehe PS is probably the greatest so as soon as you see an update in there stock you have to jump on it! Haha just ordered 4 more atomizers for my penstyle!! Woohoo! 2 Steel and 2 black!! it was about 3 days ago, still no confirmed shipping email tho :-( I hope they arent waiting till after the move :-(

    Are we addicts or what?

    The other day, I spent the ENTIRE day on the site, constantly refreshing my screen every 5-10 minutes waiting for the stock to be available.

    Once the stock was updated, I bumrushed the place and put in 3 orders totaling over $250.00 bucks!

    To my surprise, all my orders are on their way!

    Yeah Pure Smoker !!

    First time I visited their site I was wondering what was wrong with my browser as well. I spent a good 5 minutes troubleshooting javascript and what not before I realized what was going on.

    I would strongly suggest he changes things so it says 'sold out' when it is so. Some of the products _do_ say 'sold out', those without dropdowns, so it is extremly confusing to a visitor.

    I had the same problem & emailed them. They are so nice & always respond but I would think that would get old. What's confusing is the item says "in stock" but the drop downs don't work so you don't know what is going on.

    The only fierce I saw today was the apple and french vanilla. I grabbed the apple one so someone else must have got the other >.<; I'm still waiting on the pink 901 to come back in stock. I've already started trying to build up a juice stock for myself....

    I think he has almost every flavor he does in 36mg. Quick shipping and $10.00 for ml. That's the only size he has right now as he is just getting going. Shipping was fast, i ordered on wednesday, it shipped from Florida that afternoon and was in my mailbox in rural Iowa Friday at noon.

    I've only got two flavors but i know Grimmgreen reviewed the vanilla and rebull and liked them both.
    I have the C Cola and Carolina tobacco both in 36mg. The cola is ok but i cut it 50/50 with vg and added some marshmallow lorann flavor. I really like it now.

    In another forum, he did explain himself to another user as to why it is set up that way. If I recall correctly, it has something to do with the way the database with regards to his inventory is set up in the system. He mentioned something about a "Parent" and "Child" relationship among the products. For example, If he has let's say Pilot kits in stock but no parts, when you try to purchase individual parts, if there is no option available in the drop down list then that particular part is out of stock. The pilot is the parent but the atomizer for example is the child.

    He admited that it is a liitle weird but that is the way the system is set up so that it can be easier for them to keep track of inventory.

    Although I am in agreement that it can be frustrating to us customers, however, imo, his great customer service makes up for this small and minor (imo) weak area.

    Other sites dont even tell you it's out of stock and allows you to go ahead make and order like for example JantyUSA, I went ahead and put in an order for a kissbox. Waited 2 days and it was still "Processing". Final after I emailed them to find out what was going on, I got an email back saying that they were in back order and that as soon as they get the shipment in, my order will be shipped out. The next day, it was shipped out

    Look on the bright side, It's been over a month that I have yet to resolve an issue I am having with ePuffer and it's EAZE Magnum. Dam thing been sitting at home in the box totaly useless while I wait for an exchange to come in the mail. The last exchange I had with PureSmoker, the matter was resolved in 2 days.

    So go figure.
