I just got my new Classic penstyle with a USB passthru, got it all hooked up & I got no vapor at all. The LED lite is coming on. I made sure to take the protective cover off the atomizer. Added a few drops of eliquid to cart. Still no vapor. I was so anxious to try this & I'm having trouble. Please advise. Thanks.

Well luckily I had ordered a spare atomizer. I screwed that 1 in & it works. Must have gotten a bad one. Is it normal for smoke to occasionally come out between the passthrough & the atomizer?

Not sure but you may want to try the atomiser on another battery as it might just be a connection issue. I found I need to draw harder when using the usb passthrough. Hope that helps some

I don't know about the smoke but on the atomiser check to make sure that the inner contact is raised up enough. I have pulled it up before and that made the atomiser work perfectly.

| Good advice given here. I've read on here about people having trouble with a particular atomizer and usb pass-thru not working. That same atomizer may work fine with a battery. Believe the connections can be trouble at times.

| Clam -- you have heard right about a connection issue--the treading on some atomizers that come though do not let the atomizer come down enough to the + connection. Some atomizers will only work with the battery, but not the passthough. I have run into this 3 times----Sun

Just re distributing advice so please dont give me too much credit. I had posted last night about an atomiser that only wanted to work with one battery and had issues with a USB passthrough. Found out the atomiser was just being tempermental I think but the USB I have to draw harder on as well. Vjilla I belive was the one who answered on the thread I had posted. (forgive me if the name is spelled wrong) | |

I am working on a fix for this problem. The passthroughs are just too cheap and honestly they need to have manual switches. If anyone has any bad parts, (atomizers, passthroughs, batteries) PM me and let me know what you want for them. I have a 4.5 volt setup right now that makes my 901 vape like a steam engine but I need junk parts to start making these things.
