Perhaps it depends on how much nicotine you are getting now,
compared to when you were smoking real cigs.
You're probably right. I currently vape 36mg, though I don't know how my vaping pattern compares with how I previously smoked.

I think there's a psychological factor involved with me too, because most of the time it was simply more convenient to smoke than eat ().

Vaping, though, seems to have removed any choice I previously had concerning "either/or". I can't ignore hunger pangs any longer; my stomach demands that I have to eat now.

I don't think my appetite has increased since vaping but since everything tastes so much better...

Well you know I've been eating more. I've gained about 10 pounds in the last month.

I would assume with different flavored juice, it could curb your appetite. Also, possibly, having something to smoke, in general, could curb your appetite just as a distraction.

I know that when I play certain video games, I wont get up for anything for at least 4-6 hours. It is pretty bad actually.

    suddenly thinking, god I'm hungry.
But then I've not felt the need to eat since last night until now = 24 hrs.

Since it's probable that we all get much more 'simple' nicotine from e-cigs
than we used to from real cigs, I was wondering if we're all going to waste
    away while reading this forum!
This is one of the biggest reasons I started e-cigs.

Since I quit analogs (cold turkey) 3 months ago, my eating habits have increased to make up for the lack of cigarettes.

I figured just trying to satisfy the oral fixation would work. I started just using 0-nic eliquid. However, I realized my appetite wasn't affected. I ordered some liquid that contains nicotine and have found that going through the motions of smoking and having the nicotine is a one-two punch K.O., for my appetite.

I know some people might think that getting back on nicotine is a bad idea, I don't. I always end up back smoking anyway (regardless of diet) and have noticed that cigarette smoking cuts into my appetite a lot the only problem with that is it just kills me slowly with all the other bad shít that's in cancer sticks.

So yeah, in short I started e-smoking as a preemptive strike against becoming a "smoker" again and as a diet aid. So far so good
