Who said banning these would be difficult? This is how you do it, government to government (the U.S. FDA says these are illegal to sell or market). Hello, Hong Kong, this is U.S. Customs ... lots of illegal stuff leaving your ports and it's gotta stop ...

When product dries up, it's game over. And that's the route taken. Cut off supply. Watch prices of available items rise until they are exhausted.

Then introduce an approved alternative, like Philip Morris' Aria or Big Pharma's improved inhaler.
