What else can we do Pete?

Pete--what the yeck else can we do? Stockpile? Already did that--but we are still waiting to see a sure fire method of holding flavor in with that I-Inhale-maybe that might be something viable? The mesh coming out of these atomizers is not something we can find to buy in bulk, but it does not seem to break down, so maybe that would be enough to give a try with the I-Inhale? Maybe Kate will give it a go--Kate?--would be nice to solve the issue ---Sun

That's great Candy
I tried steel wool in the I-Inhale briefly Sun but it didn't solve the flavour problem completely unfortunately. I need to give it a proper try but I'm too lazy to be bothered at the moment. I bet I find something effective if eliquid gets banned.

Worth a Try Kate

Kate --worth a try someday to see if in fact the I-Inhale will hold the flavor--one thing we noted with the mesh in the atomizers is that it does not heat as high as steelwool--it has some sort of resistance factor--that is why trying to rebuild a atomizer does not work with other materials--the mesh in the atomizer is a very strange metal---Sun

I'll save all my dead atomisers from now on so I can try out the mesh

cart material isnt drawn out of the cart anyways.. air does not pass thru the cart wool in any way shape or form.....
air enters from the battery side of the antomizer.. it passes up thru the wire wool whcih surrounds the atomizer heater pot.. it moves up past the heater coil collecting vapour on the way and towards the mouthpiece.. it then passes out thru the side flutes on the outside of the cart filling plastic and into the mouth..
basically air is moving in the opposite direction than you think it is.. it dosnt move from the cart wool towards the atomizer.. it moves the other way...
but on the plus side if the wire wool thats already around the atomizer dosnt go rusty there is no chance your wire wool cart filling fill... greasy old e liquid makes a pretty good rust preventative..

The atomizer mesh is steel of some sort (it's magnetic),
I wondered about the formation of it, cos it's got a strange
'spikey' appearance to it if you look with a magnifying glass.
I assume this is a deliberate 'large pore & easy flow' design.
I still want a Kate Bar, would never have found Bertrand's original post.

Personally I think the way the air flows it actually creates a suction on the cart material which 'can' pull it into the atomizer coil. It's the only explanation for why the coil is often covered in 'lumpy' black burnt plastic looking material.......the carbon build up should be an almost perfectly 'even' deposit if it was only being sprayed or covered with liquid.

Is that you in the picture Kate ?
Actually I gotta try this metal mesh in cart idea...
