I am liking plum and vanilla.
Actually, the plum alone is very nice.

Interesting you asked .. I cooked up new liquid from pipe tobacco last night. Let it simmer for four hours, then strained liquid through a coffee filter. I added about 2 ml of vanilla flavor and 5 ml of vegetable glycerine in a 10ml bottle and have been using that in the most recently filled cartridge. The vanilla taste is pronounced this way. I have no idea how much nicotine there is, and don't care. I rather enjoy watching the vapor exhale.
The base pipe tobacco was a zillion times better than the nasal snuff tobacco I used once before for this. The pipe tobacco actually smelled good while cooking. Hey, it's just a vegetable. With vitamin N.
Bob I think you need your own "chrome closet" . You can grow your own tobacco in the privacy of your own home. lol
I can see the headline now: "Grow house busted". With a tiny subhead, "Plants turn out to be tobacco".
I did put away my experimental liquid, BTW, since my wife is ill today (unrelated to e-smoking) and I want everyone near me in perfect health so I can determine the effects of glycerine replacing propylene glycol. Last time I tried this formula, I got a sore throat, but couldn't be sure the vapor caused it. So I'll retest soon.
Chrome closet, eh?![]()

I'm working my way thru various flavors I ordered. I used up my favorite - vanilla. And waiting for my Janty to come with chocolate, coffee and oriental (?).
How the heck do you learn to cook up this stuff and on top of it to experiement with vegetable glycerine!!!Originally Posted by TropicalBob
How about considering writing a cookbook for all of us?
There's a lot of testing to do down the road. Dr. Loi is probably the unquestioned leader in creating new recipes. The formula I used came from (sigh) a nasal snuff forum I sometimes visit. Very resourceful guys there. Anyhow, it works, but I need to know how different glycerine is from PG. Both are humectants; both dry out my throat with daily use.
I'll let Random House know a book is forthcoming. :P
P.S. If you look at the ingredients in the commercial E-Liquid, you'll see that glycerine is one of them. I'm not sure in what proportion, however, or why they use 80% PG instead of 80% glycerine ($ maybe?).
Yeah - probably the dollars. I believe PG is a synth. Glycerin is actually a by product of the soap industry. It might be synthesized as well.
When you start selling your own e-liq TB, I'm your first customer. Sounds YUMMY!!!!!!!!
BTW, I added a little vanilla and cream flavors to the mix I already made up this morning. WOW!!!!
