Hey kevin, Janty will send you a black atomizer if you e-mail janty support and tell them you purchased the dura before they updated the Dura-c website description (today the 24th site was updated) and you want the black atomizer not white.

Ludo said he is getting some sleep, they just updated the site today with the correct description for dura-c and anyone who bought before then will get a black atomizer.

If you want a refund they will also do that.

E-mailing Janty sounds almost worthless according to all the complaints on the board. What a PITA

Are you here just for the fun or are you actually going to buy an e-cig 'cause if you are you would be better off buying an inexpensive dse901 or a generic penstyle to get used to it as you may find that you don't like it.

FYI: I emailed Ludo about my problem and was very impressed to see the quick turnaround time on resolving my issue.

If anyone's having trouble w/ a Janty order I'd suggest talking to Ludo.

thats awesome, now I can explain! I'm going to quit for sure, like right now I'm out of normal cigs but really want one bad, going in the morning for some probably.

I have decided to try quitting, previously tried options like patch, gum and didnt like either. They may work if you stick them out but I didnt enjoy em at all.

2 options left.

1) Pill from doctor that changes brain chem to quit, take for 3 months costs 300-900 bucks for total treatment. People told me it works well.

2) E-cig (should be option 1 )

Been popping back and forth between the Yeti and the Dura-C. Other than being in a hurry and forgetting I need to press the button on the Dura-C sometimes, I'm not having problems and it's been very enjoyable. So far all my carts have clicked in and I haven't had any leaking. Wishing the same for everyone else whose Dura-Cs are still to come.

Well, after the first day of my Dura-C, I can give a simple review.

Think "Classic Kissbox performance in a smaller package."

The drag is heavier but the production is equivalent to the Kissbox. Since this is the first day, I am hoping to see a little more production later.

I am havin problems with jantyusa.com also. I e-mailed jantyshop.com and Ludo said Jeff will answer me yesterday, didn't hear anything yet. JantyUSA.com is all blurry an says they will be back March 26th. I had two bad USB chargers and Battery to be replaced, plus I was waiting for Juice and I am running out. Did receive a USPS Tracking number for a shipment yesterday, so maybe they are processing the orders now.

I placed an order for juice on the 5th. I have sent four emails since the 18th, dispatch, info@janty... I've tried them all. I have not recieved any response to any of them. My last cartridge ran out today, and I have just bought my first pack of ciggarettes in the 22 days since I got my kissbox classic. Good news, I hate the ciggarettes, and it is the first time in my life I have ever lit a ciggarette and found it repugnant. The bad news, this will cost me a chunk of change, $5.49 a day,and I thought I was done with smoking after choosing a safer, and cheaper alternative. I'm miserable, and angry. I have opened a dispute with paypal, and hope that Ludo, or Jeff will respond to them, because they sure as hell don't give a crap about my emails.

Does anyone know of a good juice that will not clog janty atomizers?

This is to both of you who are complaining because of your own mistake...

If you have enough to buy analogs for a week (even if you only smoked a pack a day) then why didn't you just order some extra juice or an extra e-cig from another supplier? You could get a 901 and a 10ml of juice for $55 SHIPPED from some websites and have it is 3 days! How did you not KNOW you were running out of juice or carts? Don't you people pay attention to what you have left? If you were smoking a pack of cigs you would be AWARE if you only had 2 left!

Now that I have scolded you... to try to be helpful... if the kissbox is the same size as a penstyle (I think?) then maybe the penstyle from NJOY fit on it. If you have anywhere that sells NJOY near you.. you could buy a box of carts to hold you over (you should post and make sure they will fit the kissbox though cause they are supposedly a little expensive).

EDIT: I guess the carts are not compatible.. can't find anything on it... if you would change your info to show your location then a juice supplier who lives near you might be willing to meet with you or let you come pick up juice.
