Easy enough. Paypal takes forever to resolve disputes... 30-90 days if I remember correctly from the time I had one before. They *want* people to work out the issue first. If the product had been received, the dispute would have been closed. Ignoring the claim or not sending the merchandise only prolongs the proceedings making both parties unhappy, and in the end you give the money back anyway and lose a customer in the process.
Paypal disputes don't mean that the money is taken from the Vendor immediately and given to the purchaser. It is a process, and one the vendor should be involved in.

I wish I could something to help from here but I do not handle orders or questions about orders because I have no access to that information.
I am heavily occupied with the JANTY STICK and will be finalizing the tests by 10 April after which production should start. The JANTY STICK has been tested by 1 member on this forum and 2 others on other forums in secret. The results are perfect asides form one minor "glue" problem. The CAMEO is being designed and will be tested in April, but I do not foresee any major problems.
We will send out 10 JANTY STICKS to random members on this forum to give their impression before we put them up for sale.
I know you said randomly choose people to review the new product before sales start... but it might make sense to send to people like Ratindahat, igetcha, parked, leaford, chris and sean from esmoketalk and others who regularly do video reviews and have a good basis for comparison. I think people here respect the opinions of those mentioned and would give greater respect to their opinions on new products considering their wide range of experiences with different devices.
Based on Parked's review I ordered a Dura C during the emoking101 promo, mostly for the purpose of doing a video comparison of a manual vs automatic switch device, and of course I am still waiting
I guess it should be soon though...

We feel that unexperienced users should also have their say. Parked is the one who received the very first "see through mould" demo Janty Stick btw
ask him what he thinks about it? ?

When you demand answers and action from Janty, they do deliver.
For example, I sent an email to Jeff awhile back complaining about the $6.00 Paypal fee that they charged. Well, they don't charge it anymore.
So, they do listen.
BTW, because of your response, I just bought 4 bottles of Fargo and 2 chargers for my batteries (we vape too much...one finally died after 8 months...which is pretty good. So, I figured I'd get two more to keep up with our activities.

)
Thank you guys. You deserved the further business from me. You do listen and I wanted to make sure you *see* that action = money.
The $6 fee isn't there anymore because he's defrauding Paypal now. Business accounts get charged a transaction fee, personal accounts don't. He now requires that you initiate payment to his personal account. Paypal would not be happy.
This isn't opinion, it's fact. Sorry if people don't like me pointing it out.

Janty sticks? wow, those sounds cool, so how do we do this again? cross our fingers and eyes, and repeat some chant until we feel something special and then open our orders to see if you slipped one in it?!?!?!?

I also bought a Dura after seeing Parked's video review. Several of my friends smoke them now.
as a new e-smoker I hereby volunteer to test a stick and share with my friends.

yes I agree
I agree with that,
customers are very patient and understanding ----
if you tell them what is happening......
it is when there is no communication that they start
to worry -- panic -- and then bitch ......
well done Janty,
keep them informed and they will be happy campers.....

Oh wow, I didn't know that the paypal charge was actually illegal. I sell stuff every day on ebay and I wouldn't dream of doing that to my customers! Then again, I would never charge 12 bucks for shipping that little box, especially when it takes that long to receive it :-/.
I'm still a newb, but I pre-ordered the Dura C after reading glowing reviews of some of their products, like the kissbox, mini fogger, etc. I thought I did a fair amount of research, but I guess I jumped the gun. I just read random comments, but missed the ones I *should* have read, namely those about the first Dura fiasco. My kit arrived with one dead battery and carts that popped off and leaked like there's no tomorrow. I sent my kit back but would have gladly kept it because when it did work (while holding the cartridge in place so it wouldn't slide off), it was a nice vape.
I have many 901's and 801's. No problems at all, so far.
