Why the 901 over the 401?

Dear Unregistered,

The AAPHP has submitted two citizens petitions to the FDA. The first is for e-cigs to be reclassified as tobacco products, and the second is for the FDA to correct it's misleading press statements from last year.

It's really important that US vapers add their comments to these documents. This can be done online very quickly. For suggested talking points and discussion about these petitions please see this post

After a few weeks it really seems to start pumping it out. Of the 3 401's in use this has pretty much been the timeline for all of us. Hope your new stuff works better than the one in that video. If I had of watched it before purchasing there is no way I would have bought one
