LR atty on a 3.7v device or regular atty on a 6v device? Anyone done any studies?
LR atty on a 3.7v device or regular atty on a 6v device? Anyone done any studies?
Hit and Miss. No definite answer.
from personal experience (not a study) I pop more at 6v. I seldomly pop LR attys at all, and I also rarely pop at 5v.
All that said, a dry atty is just waiting to be popped.
Provari, Reo Grande, Precious M, Precise16, Joker-AV, and eGo's aplenty..
...and i thought this would be cheaper than smoking?
Since 'regular attys' span from 2.1 ohm to 3.8 ohms, it's hard to make such a generality but in both cases, taking long vapes will pop the LR on a true 3.7v device and the regular atty at 6V. If you check the wattage chart, I'd say anything below 8 is fairly safe even if you're not paying attention.
what is the best 5v mod?
Never did a study, but I do know that I can pop a LR atty on my Ego when I vape long and continueously, but not with my normal Janty's attys.....But that is just me...
