First of all the filter material is twice as much as the two other brands I have (Meltrex’s and NJoy’s).
That's the High Density part.

i'm wondering, and maybe someone can explain it, but how does doubling the filter density increase the amount of liquid held? Seems to me that the filler you put in, the less volume of liquid that can be held.

Now I'm thinking, the more fiber will hold more liquid.
Because the fiber is mostly air.
When you squeeze it, there's nothing to it.
So with more fiber you can fill up more air holes with liquid.
The fiber does not take up much space in the cartridge,
Does that make sense?

no.. not at all. you will occupy all of the air holes anyway so with more fibre, there is actually less free volume

The way I see it, less fiber will hold less liquid.
More fiber holds more liquid.

if you take all the packing out of a cart, i guarantee it will contain more liquid when full than if there is fiber in there.

That stripe of glue-ish stuff along the side... maybe that was put there to transport the liquid from the back of the cartridge to the front; that way really getting out áll liquid when smoking it...

How about thinking of it like this:
Take 2 sponges, 1 twice the size of the first. Which one will hold more water?

Re: Manufacturers/Suppliers: What's in your cartridges?
If you have too much fiber there is less air space (the fibers compress) and thus the fiber, no matter the volume or mass, will hold less liquid.

I agree, so we have to look at %.
I do know that I got some cheap cartidges, just a little fluff inside, and they smoke up in no time at all.
The Ruyan catridges that came with my KISS lasted a whole lot longer, as a matter of fact, for at least or close to a day.
