If you put your old brand end to end, and multiplied by the number of years, how far would they reach?

I was at about 7100 smokes a year. If the average time each one took to smoke was say 6 minutes, then I wasted 42,720 minutes a year or 29.67 days smoking those things. I smoked for 20 years. That is a lot of time I would like to have back!

I think of all the money I burned up every time I see my banner. And what is worse, I probably let a good bit of that $$ burn up when I just left a cig in the ashtray and it burned itself out. UGH!!!

Not complaining but just sayin that I'm spending at least 3X more on vape toys & DIY juice flavorings than cigars or smokes ever cost me LOL! fun hobby though!

I used to keep a large coffee can on my front porch and another on my balcony, for cig butts. When it would be full, I'd look at the huge number of butts in there and think about what abuse I was doing to myself.....thousands and thousands of those cancer sticks, years and years of that. And yet, I couldn't stop and didn't really want to most of the time.

After almost a week into my 6th month of not smoking, my tracker says I've saved (extended?) a week and almost 4 days of my life....don't know how true that really is after 47 years of smoking, but I'm SO GLAD not to be smoking anymore!!!!!!!!!!!!

In my case, it's not about the money....!

I don't even look at my banner any more. The enormity of the numbers is more depressing than encourageing. Time to buy that big screen TV. I un-smoked for it. Cheer me up?

I never counted them up - but at approx 24 cigarettes a day, I must have smoked a lot of them in a year.
