Default House has Passed Budget for Senate in Washington State, HB 2795 is dead.

Watched it live, congratulations part of the comments on floor before vote on budget. Mt. baker Vapor, and Provape are safe.

Be aware, transportation wasn't passed, Governor will not be happy, there COULD be a special session. Also, local counties may visit this issue, though I don't see that going too far.

We dodged a nuclear bomb on this one. Hope it doesn't arise from the grave in any sort of special session.

Lol @ the dance emoticons. Besides, I don't want my state leeching over to the rest of the US.

lol, your state legalizes a federally illegal product, but someone freaked out about ecigs and tried to pass a bill trying to tax it out of existence. It was going nowhere to begin with IMO. They will tax it though, just like the other stuff, but not that BS that was just put up for a vote.

We won a battle but the war rages on. Ever met a politician that wouldnt do anything for a buck? Especially taxes for "the children"? They should follow Colorado's lead and tax the "other stuff" instead
