Don't worry over that! The only time a response is required is when someone has taken your requested number already. In your case, it is all yours! The list is updated at the top of the numbers themselves with the last date and time of official update.

The only difference is their location. Both are resellers for "World-Wide" users. THis simply means that if you don't have a reseller for your specific country or region, you have a choice of resellers.
