    There is a trick to cutting li/ion batteries apart and if you are not careful and don't know what you are doing they will burst into flames.
    I edited this post so as not to give anyone any ideas about trying it. DO NOT TRY THIS.!

    Special precautions must be taken to avoid Li-Ion battery fire up or explosion that can cause serious injuries. This is because when Lithium comes in contact with water or air's moisture it burns violently. Never try to extinguish such a fire with water! but only with suitable extinguisher.

    if you open the charger up you can soldier the side connection to be able to charge the 16340 with out having to use a spacer, its pretty easy to do

    you just have to be carfull when you charge your batts cause the selector is manual

    I have the charger mentioned its a wonderful little charger. Spacers for CR2 batteries are needed but its easy to get used to using them Flip the switch to 3 volts and it will charge a pair of empty CR2s in under an hour!! 1 set of my CR2s are white capped the other set is black! I often leave my charger unattended as it reliably cuts the charge at about 3.4 volts

    yea i've got it, pretty nice, gots a lil switch on the side for 3v and 3.7v. and also chargers the batteries pretty quick
