I dropped my black tinted one and the chrome piece came off, at the mouth end. I used epoxy to try and repair it. I will let it sit overnight and see if it holds. Otherwise, I will have to replace it with another. This is why I'm looking into higher ohm coils so I can order all together.

Did the plastic actually crack off?

I had the chrome come off too, but normally I just push it back on. (will need some force)
Although, after a few times (a week or so) it will not have enough tightness, and will need replacing.

It only has about a 1/16 of an inch where the chrome piece attaches to the tank, I tried just pushing it back on but I wanted it to make it more secure. It looks like it will stay, I hope.

Hi Judy, It needs to be unscrewed. I normally remove the silicone and the little metal spacer under the silicone(sounds like you have already done this), then place a flat blade screwdriver( butter knife etc.) in the slot and give it a little turn. It should loosen enough so that you can spin it with your fingers and unscrew it. Repeat in reverse for the new replacement head and you will be all set.

Dont forget to make sure it is very tight when replacing.

I also double check the first few refills that it is tight.
Then it should be good for the future refills.

If you do not make sure it is very tight, then each time you unscrew the tip, it could loosen.

This also may be the case if now power is going to the coil.

Why do I get a lot of liquid and gurgling sometimes when I refill my CE4? I always make sure everything is tight and I'm just wondering if its leaking where the coil attaches. When the liquid gets about halfway, it works great. Any ideas? I never fill over 2ml.
