Your Carts
On your 901 or 510 cartridges, what do you use to stuff them with? I have used the PTB & the Blue Foam....aren't particularly happy with either. I really would prefer dripping but I have been blowing my attys doing that with the 5V. So I have stopped doing that and back to square one with the cart stuffing?
What does everyone use??

Personally I only drip on my 510s and 901. I use the normal filler on my 401s because it works well on them.
If none of the other cart "mods" have worked for you you may want to check out the http://www.e-cigarette-forum.com/for...iller-mod.html . It doesn't use any actual filler but seems to be working well for some. I would skip ahead to the last few pages because it seems to have changed quite a bit from the initial design.

How are your addys holding out Thy? Dripping on my 901 atty only lasted 10 days with the KR808 PT. What type of battery are you using. How often do you replace your 901 atty?

Everything I have is only 3.7v. I do plan on getting a 5v PT soon hopefully.
So far I have only 1 901 atty on my 905 and I use my 510 PTs, that I got from Rob shortly before Xmas, with 2 or 3 different 510 attys. I have yet to kill a single atty but I did kill one of the PTs itself the other night I believe.

I use polyester batting although I do drip I feel that it gives extra protection to the atty coil since it keep some moisture there when the drips are used up.. my 2 cents.
I have used all the mods and went back to poly since I drip becuase it is just easier to stuff when I need to and it is cheap too!

good point doots.
I used to have one that I had gotten elsewhere before Rob started carrying them sandy. But I gave it to my father since I never use cartomizers anymore.
I took the opposite approach of most it seems. I started with a 2 piece unit, with the thought it would be the best way to go, but then I got into the 3 piece units. Once I did I gave away or packed up all my cartomizer stuff because I think the flavor is much better on the 3 piece units.

Does the 808's PT has a 5 volts output indeed,? generally PT should has a 3.7 volts output but a 5 volts input.
