The little bit I contribute with a few avis and that heartfelt contest are so minor compared to what this forum has given me in the past couple of years. Not only did I find the info and support to quit that nasty habit, but I have made a roomful of treasured, beloved friends... not just cyber-friends!

There are thousands of forums out there and I lightly participate in a few, but I have never come across the compassion and love that I see and feel here. Y'all truly are a literal part of my life an we have bonded in such a meaningful way. Thank for what you've done and to all of you for your continued group reinforcement.
