I must say I experienced my share of this too. I thought it was too much nicotine but further experimentation suggests this may not be true. In my case these strange feelings have been strongly correlated with the alarming panic attacks I began to have. I trust people will know to learn to control their nicotine intake. Start by gauging the amount of nicotine you are getting based on the number of drops or milliliters of liquid you are consuming relative to the nicotine content as others have suggested. A good rule is if you don't feel you need any you shouldn't be vaping any nicotine. The high strength solutions are just too much. You think you can just take one puff every now and then and it will be ok but unless you're vaping about as much as you used to smoke I don't think this will satisfy. Currently, I have reason to believe that it COULD be an issue with the PG because I don't really believe at this point it's due to just the nicotine. Another theory is that it could be due to other agents in the liquid based on the source of manufacture and that another product might be agreeable. I originally got the TW. There might be a combination of factors. Currently I'm waiting on non-pg 18mg from Johnsons Creek. This is sad for me because I'm having to force myself to put the e-cig on permanent hold until this arrives maybe Saturday. I need a different solution, one that will work, because after the first couple of days as it built up in my system I became rather intolerant of this. I'm hopeful and I'll try to report back on here when I've tried it. If anyone is experiencing similar symptoms I strongly suggest giving this alternative a try. |

When my husband first gave up analogs completely and started smoking his mini (just like an NPRO with a diff brand name) he was feeling very dizzy, throbby, flu-like pains. It went away after about two weeks. I think for him it is that he puffs on his too much, but also that nicotine itself will constrict blood vessels and therefore raise blood pressure...which can lead to dizziness. Also, as others have said, it could be an allergy or a disagreement with the propylene glycol. I noticed that PG made me feel very tight in my chest after just one puff, and when I finally had enough of my nic highs (because I barely vape anymore, only at night...so, my nic tolerance is down), I cut my liquids in half with VG and notice a significant decrease (actually absense) of the heaviness in my chest I feel from PG. I imagine I might have issues with the PG like some of you (I am after all, evidently, allergic to everything but apples, bananas, crisco, and vaseline...ROFLMAO). I would suggest buying a lower lvl liquid, and maybe trying VG instead of PG. Also, when I used my NPRO, it always made me feel funny, even like I was collapsing my lungs or somethng (I know I wasn't, I'm just relating to you all the feeling I was getting) and it turns out that it was just the hard draw of the atomizer. I am much happier with my manual switched kissbox...thanks janty! *blows an e-kiss to Jeff* I also wonder if the body recovering from all of the toxins might also affect one in similar ways. |

I tend to agree with the different ingredients and different manufacturers idea. I've been heavily vaping brand X 11mgs, which taste and smokes great. Not a great throat hit but that's why I was vaping more. Even snuck a real smoke, tasted like s#@t, a little lighht headed and I didn't finish it. How's that for a 23 yr habit! Got my Brand Z (which I've vaped before) 2 days ago at med(?) mgs and BAM got my throat hit alright but was also getting the "wuz up" paranoia, tight chest, tight throat, cold hands bit after a heavy session. Thinking brand Z has more nic and a mystery ingredient. It's also a thinner looking fluid. Since I felt great, with no side effects for a month vaping Kick Juice exclusively..(oops I mean Brand X) I think I'll just stick with it an drip some Brand Z on top when I crave the throat hit. I've got enough weirdness, panic, paranoia and spaceyness in my life without sucking in more on my downtime!

I have been vaping JC today (PG only because I couldn't reach them to change before shipping). And I do feel much less spacey, but nevertheless still a bit out of it as soon as I start vaping. It wears off after a couple hours. If I don't smoke analogs or vape, I feel more alert. I noticed the Ruyan is a much thinner consistency than JC. JC must put more glycerin or water in theirs? They also exclude some ingredients so maybe that's why it's thinner. But when I was using Ruyan yesterday, I was diluting with 3 parts PG anyway. So it may have been the higher amts. of PG in itself. I ordered VG, so I'll try to dilute it with that & see if that helps. If not, will be trying out JC non-pg.

Can you really trust someone who doesn't give an address, and you may not even know what state their in, and they only accept paypal? I know there's the fear of the FDA, but it opens the door for some sheister to sell anything he wants. For all we know some of these "little" guys may not even be adding nicotine. It would be so easy to throw some flavoring, PG and/or VG together. Think of the fortune they could make off that!

Just wanted to add that I've been vaping with VG today & feel fine. Although I just added VG to the PG juice I already had. Tomorrow's another day. Hopefully I'll still feel ok.

Hey Monkeylurv, Brand Z was Janty which pisses me off since it tastes great, smokes great and has the nice throat hit. I vaped 2 or 3 of the 10mls with nothing adverse until I started up with the Kick juice and now I notice goofy-ness with Janty when switching back between the 2 brands just this last month. Glad the VG is working for you. Do you notice any difference in the pull, hit or taste? Was thinking about trying that out as an alternative as well.

I hear you about the goofyness. I swear I was feeling like I lost a few brain cells the first 3 days. I couldn't focus or absorb anything I was reading or have a rational conversation. Lucky for me, my brain bounced back.
