    Post Dizziness/Spaceyness/Foggy-Headedness

I know there is a comprehensive thread of 'common side-effects' already in this forum. But I thought I'd narrow down to one or couple specific ones. Namely, dizziness, feeling spacey, and feeling foggy headed.

That's what I'm dedicating this thread to. Any that are annoyed at another unneeded thread taking up space, please forgive me. I am fine if you all see fit to ask SJ to delete this thread.

    I was a 1 pack a day smoker of Winston/USA Gold lights.

    So, I start with this-

Has anyone else felt 'high' an hour or so after the first 5-10 puffs?
For me, I was using the 'low' regular cartridge that came with my Npro.
That was at 10am this morning. I took a nap to see if I could sleep it off at about 5pm. I'm still feeling slightly 'high', for lack of a better descriptive term. It is 8:35pm right now.

Yes, I'm already looking at ways to dilute the eliquid I have:

    2 18mg bottles
    2 11mg bottles

Don't know what I'll do with the 14mg and 18mg strength cartridges I've already ordered from PS. I guess just limit myself to one puff per day. Don't want to just throw em out and waste the money, ya know?

I'll keep you guys updated on how it goes.

This is different. From what I've seen, spaceyness (and all the others) are symptoms of nicotine *withdrawal*, not overdose. I'm wondering if you're really experiencing the withdrawal of nicotine. If you continue and everything is "back to normal" after 3 days, I would really point more towards you lowering your tolerance instead of being "high" off too much nicotine.

Did you get some nervousness too or do you drink caffeine all day?

No, no nervousness. Caffeine all day. Thank you for your response. Any other responses are more than welcome from anybody, including yourself.

Are you smoking analogs with your ecig? I noticed some of those symptoms when I started using the 36mg at first. I would say it's more too much nic than withdrawal, but that's just me. We're all different. Plus when you throw in the caffeine. Try not to smoke analogs a lot when smoking the ecigs.

I'm cutting analogs out completely. That was the whole point of me investing money into vaping. Saving money and healthier future.

Still feeling light-headed. At this rate, one cartridge could last me 1 to 2 weeks. LoL.

I get a little weirded out from time to time. Not on a regular basis. I am thinking it was a combination of things including vapor but I'n not sure what. If I'm sitting and I start to get that strange feeling I give it up and go to bed. Almost always happens in the evening when I am winding down. I always feel better in the AM and go right back to it. Interested to hear others experience.

Update on my side-effects. Foggy headed feeling seems to have gone away.
Gonna vape a little bit and see what happens.

Yep, I feel that way after every long vape session, "high" as a kite, lol. I wouldn't really call it a high, more just being ".......ed up". Like my brain is numb and I can't remember anything or think straight. I usually have to go to bed then cuz I can't do anything and start to feel a little nauseous/blood sugar issues. I just thought it was the OD'ing everyone talks about on here. Definitely not withdrawal as I haven't touched a cig for 3 months.
