I used to do these every day when I smoked analogs.

Since switching to a PV, I no longer have a constantly inflamed nasal cavity. So, I really haven't had to use them much, or even decongestants for that matter. I used to live off of pseudoephedrine. Now, maybe I need it a couple times a week.
