It may or may not have been the cause or have helped prevent it, but you should make sure you drink a lot of water or other non-alcoholic liquids, specially if you're vaping heavily the whole day - you almost can't drink enough.

24 mg, and quite a bit of it. At 18 mg I was nervous and unhappy, not at 24 mg. Thats how I gauge it, by how I feel, depressed and agitated (need more nic), every thing is good (spot on), put it down and just breath a while. Don't forget to breath people.
Keep it up menaice, Good luck.

18mg all day I was using 12mg but still having 1-3 analogs. With 12mg I was getting agitated like Poppa D. I have a couple small bottles of 24mg for in the morning or after a heavy meal.

Just to give you an update... my Aunt is a nurse aswell she went over and seen everything as also stated that it was not a nic overdose. She has seen one first hand that was horrible. The guys skin was flush and hes muscles were contorted. She did state that NOT taking my beta blockers on a constant basis more then likely triggered the attack and its "possible" that the higher amount of nic contributed but no likely. With vaping the doctor told me FIRST thing was to get my beta blocker on a regular schedule AND cut back my nic intake. I told him about the different strength you can get. He said if iam using 24mg to not vape as much all the time OR get a lower nic content. Both him and my aunt both agreed it is better then a real cig. So when i have some extra cash i will have to get me some 18mg juices. For now thou i have only 24mg. I think in any situation it would be good to go lower if you can. I will not be getting anything higher then 18mg in the future. I may even just go for 12mg all day long then about 2 hours before i normally go to bed switch to an 8mg. I still have to do a follow up with my primary care doctor. I will keep posting in this thread, just to give some insight on my experience that my be beneficial to others.

The good thing is that there sounds like there is a solution. To cut your 24mg down, all you have to do is go to a pharmacy and get some vegetable glycerine. Just dilute your 24mg down -- done deal. Sure, you'll lose a little flavor, but it will lower the nic content. The VG is quite inexpensive. If you don't have the cash for the VG, just vape less. Just tell yourself nothing is being taken away from you, you're just waiting a little while longer this time. It's not as hard as it sounds. Thanks so much for letting us know the outcome, and I'm glad there's a solution for you. Blessings and take care.
