Probably did have a problem atomizer. In regards to fibers though, I can just reiterate that using the black light shows fibers deposited in the atomizer with nearly every puff (while using a cart).
It's ridiculous that we still aren't certain of the fiber content.

Could not agree more. This dwarfs "how many puffs" stuff in terms of importance.
