Are you backing off on the nicotine at all? Believe me, true freedom is actually OWNING the moment you CHOOSE to have an e-cig break instead of craving one...
I wish you both continued success!
P.S. Ned, where to you stay on Barbados? Gold coast? I am Crane Beach Man myself!

You know that is so true!
I love how you wrote that.
Many times during the day I even forget about the e-cig.
Many times after eating dinner I clean up the dishes before taking a couple of puffs of my e-cig.
That's just amazing, because I would always "finish" dinner with a cigarette, before doing dishes or cleaning up.
How cool is that?

Each old routine you conquer without cigarettes is a milestone, Sanneke. I'm with you on that USB-car charger cord combination. I don't leave the house for an extended trip now without it plugged in and my Janty resting in a nearby cupholder. I still carry the rest of the gear, but know that I won't run down a battery after a few hours on the road.

Good for you!
Just keep going one day at the time.
It gets easier and easier.
And the cravings will be getting less and less.

I have been without a real cig for little over 3 weeks now.. The first two days with e-cig I smoked one real cig and that was it.. And there is no way im gonna smoke a real cig again. I just love the e-cig too much, also love the different tastes you can get through e-liquid.

I am maybe slightly different.
Gave up smoking almost 8 months ago, but couldn't do it any longer
Went back to rollups for 3 days whilst waiting for my e-cig to turn up.
Havn't touched one since, don't want to touch one either.
The e-cig had to work, I really didn't want to smoke again, but the body was weak.

3 Days
Was up to 2 packs a day.
Had 4 cigarettes left in a pack last Friday. Had one each day until I ran out Monday. Nothing but vapor ever since. Incredible. Have already ordered up a cigar and am eyeballing a pipe.
