Being in a job where I come into contact with lots of other people I normally catch most things going round. Well so far this season I have had two colds, and fingers crossed no flu. The interesting thing for me is that the colds have been only sinus related, no cough, no chest infection when others have caught what is probably my germs and had bad coughs and chest infections with them. Whether this is a coincidence or related to me no longer smoking I don't know, but when I have ever had a cold before it is always had a cough with it. So for now I am going to stick with the PG.
I'd like to second this whole thing. I am a custodian for a local community college and usually i catch everything that comes around. I am also exposed to salt and dust quite often and i'm sure i inhale some.
I'm not sure if it's that i've stopped smoking but i haven't caught what i would consider a real cough this year, no flu either. I've had some minor sinus problems but nothing in the lungs. Actually i still have a smoke every once in a while.

Thank you for the interesting and informative research TropicalBob!

It might be useful for the elderly or 'weak'/sick, the germ-killing qualities, but I'm in my 20s and I never have a problem with germs. I recommend to anyone who wants an entirely effective germ-killer and infection-figther, you should eat raw garlic as often as possible (but you probably don't want any more than 2 cloves a day). If you don't like the taste you can always cut it up and buy empty capsules, take 'em like a pill. You have to do it rather quickly though, or the garlic will melt the capsule. It's very good for any infection, even teeth.

Maybe they will find a way to put garlic extract into e-liquid without an offensive taste or odor X) some people don't like garlic. And did I see Fennel e-liquid? I am confused, isn't that an onion-like vegetable?

PG vapor was later tested on children, with outstanding germ-killing effects. Age has nothing to do with this. Garlic might be good stuff for some purposes, but researchers have found only two large-scale germ killers: PG vapor and UV light. We're just lucky enough to live in an age when a personal vaporizer is actually made and sold.

Will vaporers be the only ones around after a biological attack?

I guess I was commenting on what I've read people mention around here instead of reading fully this thread's info oops. That does sound helpful but aren't UV rays harmful if you get too many? I wonder if PG is harmful when we are vaping all day.. *shrug*

I am wondering now if pg would also be beneficial in killing fungus. the reason I ask is because there is a well known Italian doctor "Dr. Simoncini." who has proven that cancer is in fact a type of fungus and he has cured it with simple baking soda sollutions since baking soda does in fact kill fungus.

Dr. Simoncini, has said cancer is caused by yeast/canadia overgrowth , but he has not proved it to the scientific/medical community yet. I think he may be on to something according to what I have read but, it is not proven yet.
