    It is more than likely a build up of lactic acid, I don't recall if pg or vg causes it more. Make sure you drink more water before going to bed and that should help. After a couple weeks my body adjusted and I don't have any issues any longer.

    I have some bad muscle, tendon and ligament issues normally. I have actually noticed that the problems and flare ups are actually better than they were since I started vaping.

    I agree, if it keeps on, see your doc about it.
