    Default Tense muscles?

Anyone else have an affect of tense muscles in the back when breathing in deeply? I don't know if it's this or something else, I don't know. I have had this going on for about 2 weeks now and not sure if it's from vaping or something I did. It was almost gone the other day but woke up today and I had the same type of pain. I've never had tense muscles or whatever exactly the feeling is but all of a sudden it's there and it kind of hurts my back. Maybe it's from the analogs over the years? Anyone with any idea what I'm talking about please give me an idea so I know what I'm talking about, haha.

would this really cause that tense of a muscle pain in my back, pretty much right below the shoulder blades towards the spine just a little, more on one side than the other. I've never had a pain like this and my daily activities haven't changed, I don't do heavy lifting at my job, and I don't ever have anything heavy to lift at home.

My suggestion, Go see the doc. I'm sure he/she would have better answers then anyone on here could say. Unless we have a doc somewhere in the forum :P.

well the only reason I'm asking here is to see if anyone else has experienced this feeling before from Vaping, or from cutting down/quitting analogs, or from going back to analogs after vaping for a week or two. Any combination of vaping leading to any tense muscles, a muscle pain, a back pain, anything like this? Could it be from PG? Just curious if I should attribute this to vaping or not.

Try letting her be on top tonight.

If it don't go away in a few days, see the Doc.

There are a couple or so who have felt back twinges in the past.

    - from the thread
    http://www.e-cigarette-forum.com/for...html#post69321

But don't read the whole thread in one go!!!!

    :-)

You can ask the doc for a check up - would be what I'd do.

    Best

Nicotine increases your levels of acetylcholine - the main neurotransmitter for activating muscles! Also I read that it can increase levels of lactic acid. This could cause both fatigue and soreness! I experienced it at first but am now tolerant of high levels of nicotine so I rarely feel it anymore.

RC, yes I have experienced what you are experiencing. Actually, I'm having trouble with this now. It more so effects my neck and shoulders and they are extremely stiff. It SUCKS and it was so bad that I had to take a muscle relaxer. I was vaping 24mg for about a week and I think I may have been getting way too much nicotine. Yesterday I started using the 11mg stuff that came with my 901 and the stiffness is beginning to subside a bit. Time will tell if this fixes the problem. If it doesn't, I'm going to have to find another way to quit smoking.
