I can't believe that no matter how sick I get, I still need my nicotine. I always knew it was crazy and stupid, but writing about it makes me realize it more. I just want to heal so that I can continue on with my destructive ways. The idea of ecigs was to lead a healthier life. I hope that I can resume them. I still believe they can help me in the long run.
ooo... another thought for you... try brewing some tobacco in your tea!

Dissolvables won't actually medicate an inflamed throat -- but they don't irritate it further, either, as smoking and vaping will do. They are an excellent way to obtain nicotine without expense to your throat and lungs.

Definately worth getting tested if things donot improve. Streps no joke and can lead to kidney problems among other things if left alone. I`ve had this once and it was probably the most miserable time of my life. In the mean time manuka honey worked for me to ease things a little. Hope your feeling better soon
