    Default A video we should all watch

    Heart Attack its a 2 minute video from the British Heart Foundation. Its scary, it called watch your own heart attack. Its very well done and as a volunteer at one of their shops, I would recommend everyone have a look, I hope it will save a few lives

    I would have probably been one of those people who tried to make common sense of all the symptoms. Sad but true. Wake up call that's for sure.

    Yup, his name is Steven Berkoff, he was in Rambo 2, Octopussy, Clockwork Orange and Beverley Hills Cop, to name a few.

    thanks for that, you know i wouldnt have recognised him from clockwork if you hadnt mentioned it emp..he looked so different, younger (but the same could be said for mcDowell or anyone i guess)

    to be honest It was my house mate that told me, he's a god when it comes to anything on the screen! I recognised him and it was getting on my nervs so I asked him and within seconds I knew his life story
