|  A video we should all watch Heart Attack its a 2 minute video from the British Heart Foundation. Its scary, it called watch your own heart attack. Its very well done and as a volunteer at one of their shops, I would recommend everyone have a look, I hope it will save a few lives

| thanks for that, you know i wouldnt have recognised him from clockwork if you hadnt mentioned it emp..he looked so different, younger (but the same could be said for mcDowell or anyone i guess)

| to be honest It was my house mate that told me, he's a god when it comes to anything on the screen! I recognised him and it was getting on my nervs so I asked him and within seconds I knew his life story  |
