If you are diagnosed with cancer, by all means vape away. Given this information, I would make a different choice.

ETA: I think that one of the articles did mention causing cancer, but linked it to smoking, not nicotine.
I read the articles and I believe one of them mentioned breast cancer spreading to the lungs. This brought to mind a smoking colleague diagnosed with breast cancer. Upon learning of her cancer, she quit smoking with the help of the Nicotrol Inhaler. She had the lump removed, went through radiation and chemotherapy and subsequent testing revealed no apparent cancer. Meanwhile, she continued to puff away on the Nicotrol Inhaler. Recently my colleague learned she had a couple of small breast cancer tumors in her lungs.

Certainly I'm not saying this is proof.......but I did think about this particular circumstance as I was reading the article.

Look,We all know for sure that cigarette smoking causes cancer of the lungs, throat, pancreas, fingernails ad naseum.
I smoked for 40 years.I took my ego to the Drs. office and showed her everything that comes with it.I explained juice until her eyes rolled to the back of her head. Her comment was."It's better than smoking."
Are there carcinogens in the juice? Maybe. Is vaping a risk? maybe. Are we all going to die of something? Yes.
All I know now is I don't smell like an ashtray my kids think I'm terrific and my Dr. said it's better than smoking. Will I die from vaping? Probably not. After smoking 40 years I think lung cancer has my number on that one.In the mean time, I'm going to enjoy a good vape on a cool mod with tasty juice and socialize with the great people on ECF.
While I'm doing that you might want to look up new studies on how nicotine has a positive effect on Alzheimer and IBD.Just sayin

Here Nicotine could play role in Alzheimer's disease therapy, neuroscientists discover

+1 here. Worry if one must but I'm inclined to KEEP ON VAPING.
