Just to add another point to the curve, I only started vaping about a week and a half ago and I stopped Wednesday night to see if my symptoms would go away. 36 hours later, I'm still a little shaky and still have some mild chest pains, though I can breathe easier. I'm not prone to anxiety attacks, but even light vaping seems to trigger nervousness, chest pains, hyperactivity, etc. and all this with (allegedly) no-nicotine carts.

My assumption is that either there's some nicotine in the liquid after all, or I have a PG sensitivity. I was hoping to switch to Johnson Creek VG-based liquid, but they now only offer "reduced PG" blends, which, if a PG sensitivity is the problem, likely won't help much. (If the problem is the presence of nicotine, though, I guess that would help, because Johnson Creek has true nicotineless blends with zero tobacco extracts.)

sounds like the pg or maybe flavoring - were they tobacco flavor cartridges ?

The first was, but then I tried a coffee one, and then a cherry, all with basically the same results. I've switched to a non-PG mixture for the past couple of days, and that seems to be better. Still residual issues, but time will tell if that's just left over from the PG exposure or if VG causes problems for me, too.

i guess the real answer would be to get some empty cartridges and then put nothing in but pg or vg and try that -

or get some juice that other people who have had similar troubles have found to not be problematic

such as i found out that i don't have any problem with vg or pg but if i put even the smallest amount of the flavoring that i bought into it - it hits me in about 10 seconds and it lasts for about an hour

so have you tried anything that has no flavor at all ?

if you want to order a marlboro flavor juice that i have used for weeks with no trouble then send me a private message and i will tell you where you can get 30 ml of it for about 12 or 15 bucks

or just go online and find a juice that is flavorless and try that

i wouldn't give up too fast - but i know that when it makes you feel bad - you don't want to try it any more

i started to think i might have to give up too and that makes you feel even worse

now i am really starting to wonder if it is the flavor or something else
i will have to try the coconut again and see
maybe it is just circumstantial to each person and their current situation
body chemistry - hormone balance etc .

If you want to smoke, smoke! If you want to vape vape. It really is that easy. Sorry to hear about the panic attacks, had one at a young age, in my 20's and thought it was a heart attack and went to the emergency room, they gave me pills and told me to rethink how I was living. They said I had a lot of stress, they were right! Bad first marrage, and I guess I did not know to go,or wanted to go,and could not. But it was one time, and one time only that it happened to me. It is a horrible feeling, like you can't breathe and are going to die. So I feel for ya,and hope it never happens to me again.

I love the coconut I hope you do find out what the problem is, I've had a few anxiety attacks in my life and they are not fun. But havent had one in years since stopping umm MJ usage. Not knocking mj its just not for me anymore, havent used it since having kids 10 years ago.
