Reported to me by my hubby that I am not snoring anymore. If I do snore it is very low. This is since I started vaping. I still smoke around 2 cigarettes a day. I can't seem to stop smoking in the morning. I will get there. My hubby saids, I do not snore. I used to snore so loud that he could not sleep. One time he recorded me and it was awful. ![]() He saids, that vaping is helping me alot. Any others this has helped with snoring? |

My wife has complained for years about my snoring (she is delusional of course, everyone knows that I don't snore!) Within a week of starting to vape, she mentioned that her delusions about my snoring had virtually disappeared! Now that's amazing.

My hubby also has said, I was a little sleep apnea. I never went to a sleep lab to confirm this. He saids now I sleep like a baby. No stopping breathing that he has noticed. This is so amazing! |

I know this is an old thread, but stumbled upon it and had to chime in that after about 3 weeks of vaping, I too am no longer snoring! I was so bad that I'd wake myself sometimes! LOL |
