Ok I've been analog free for two months, been a menthol smoker for 2 years. I've noticed a vast improvement in my lung capacity.

I constantly find myself not coughing up black **** but there's like phlem that I...........what's the word for this....I'd actually need a video

However, there is phlem but not a ton and I find myself swallowing it a lot. I know it sounds disgusting but if I showed you a video of what I'm talking about you probably do the same damn thing 20-30 times a day just normally.

Should I inspect my mucus for tissue and tar?
Ok.....now that's disgusting however I am serious. I want to see physical evidence. What should I look for in my...phlem

i understand the question but i have no video to show you
my first week was clear / cloudy phlegm that resembled snot
the next week was about the same except patches with brows specks
note the brown and black specks where not all that ofter but still it was grose
i had a gorse out after about 8 days when i coughed up what looked like jello pudding
but it hasn't happened again
i checked out with my doctor and he told me my lung capacity is improving

hope that helps w/o grossing you out

talked to my docktor abut it and he said, that it´s your lungs and throat, that´s cleaning themselves, and the black spots is Tar, and other cemicals. And I quote, " it´s totaly normal to start coughing **** up when you quit smoking"
