Ruyan Direct Returns Money but dosen't care if my juice taste like poison!?

So I bought some juice from Heaven Gifts / Ruyan Direct and it tasted horrible- like poison.

This is the response I got from Wayne-

Dear Robert Xxxxxxxx,

We just refunded USD28.5 to your for the 3 bottles of e-juice. Please check it in your PayPal account.

We tried to resolve the issue in a happy and easier way. But hope you can understand that we didn't admit our e-juices were poisonous or polluted. As we said in the previous email, we are using the e-juice every day and we still haven't noticed the e-juices have any metallic flavor. We haven't received the similar report from others neither. Maybe you can give out the e-juices to others to test them too.

Wow, if I got some bad tasting / poison flavored Doritos I do not think Frito Lay would ask me to hand them out to my friends to see what they think? Everyone can tell me that there juice from Ruyan is fine, but I don't give a sh^t. They didn't even make the juice themselves, they just bought it and up'd the price. Things can go wrong in manufacturing, and for them to just tell me here is your money back and we don't really care what yopu think of our product, and furthermore go Guinee Pig your friends with it, and see if it give them a terrible headache too? ..... Ruyan Direct!

Anyone wishing to sample this juice or take it to a laborotory for testing PM me. Only stipulation is that you post the results then send it to the next person who want to test it.

I am sure if they had numerous reports of this, it would have been handled differently.

I am waiting on an order from Ruyan, (cola and ry4, and others) (still haven't arrived, will update as promised in my PM, Robert)

Edit- I forgot to mention, I got a cherry 24mg from v9, it smells metallic/fishy.. But it tastes fine when mixed with other flavors. I have yet to try it alone

They really can't take it back. I do believe they state that on their site. You know, the whole sanitary thing. But they did acknowledge you had a problem and refunded you money. They will probably keep heir ears open for similar problems.

The juice DOES come from China. It may have been on a boat in extreme temperatures for 18 months.

He really shouldn't have suggested giving them to others. He doesn't make that juice though, so there isn't anything he can do about it - except stop selling it. He isn't going to stop selling it unless he starts losing money from it, pretty simple. There is bound to be a bad batch once in a while.

There are plenty of people who swear by Ruyan Direct's customer service and quality of juice/products. I personally have never purchased anything from them so I don't know.

I think they did the best they could and in a kind way let you know they don't believe you but ok they'll humor you.

I'm interested in seeing what others think of the taste or if this is happening to others, they have good deals and if they do refunds for stuff not up to par there is nothing to lose trying them.
