Blueberry was my favorite and I could sniff on those all day!

floral and fruity perfumes must be intended for kids only as well. Better tell grandma and take away her jasmine perfume.

OK a hypothetical question -
Let's just assume that a minor decides to try an e-cig that some middle-aged person + (on average) are taking, who are a minute percentage of the population (the people who use e-cigs that is), and they try it because of the fact that it smells of chocolate, let's say; and that minor has never tried tobacco in their life.
Would that person go on to smoke real tobacco? If they did, surely they would think why the hell did anyone smoke tobacco?
I know this is a totally hypothetical question....

It's not necessarily a "no-go." That particular article just points out there are risks and variations due to lack of control over the product.
I'm actually sort of encouraged that they found so few problems with the juice in the cartridges. Stick some quality control regulations on those suckers and we'd still be ok to vape. Most of us use purer stuff than the SE cartridges anyway.
I'm going to be stockpiling just in case, though.

So what is the point? Adults cannot enjoy cherry flavor? Bunch of crap. Kids try things not for the flavors, but because they are being adventurous doing things they are not supposed to do. A kid wont friggin start smoking or drinking just because they enjoy the cherry flavor. If it was the cool thing to do that made kids tippsy, drunk or high, kids would probably try it even if it tasted like ****.

Again, what is meant by this? Young people LIKE chocolate, mint, and bubblegum.
Wait... THERE'S BUBBLE GUM FLAVORED JUICE?!?!?

In a way, the FDA is the one marketing to kids...

Smoking Everywhere: „Bubblegum Cartridge With Multi Vitamin" . That’s the most stupid it can get. Thanks to SE for handling ammunition to people banning cigarette-shaped candy and bubblegum. No need for skilled enemies if you have SE on your side.

and as for the "labeling ADULTS ONLY" is marketing to kids - I guess strip clubs and bars are marketing to kids, for the signs on the door say "Adults Only" and alcohol is for kids since the liqour store has same sort of sign on the door. And porn, OMG, porn is being marketed to kids!!! <#include sarcasm.h>
just following through with some honest sarcasm,, These products aren't marketed,, I am pretty sure this is what the schools are teaching a class on to 3rd graders....
