I've been exclusively vaping wiltons glycerine and flavoring (no nic) for the past month. I got a cold 2weeks ago and it went away but now I've been dealing with nasal congestion/infection still... Does vaping VG cause nasal problems for you? I took a day off of vaping to see if it would clear up and so far feels a bit better but wanted to get some feedback.. The only other side effect I have is dry mouth.. What brand VG do you use? What side effects do you have?

Ive been cutting my 24mg pg juice with NOW vg(100% pure) at a 50/50 mix for about a week now and so far no bad effects. Stuff is cheap too, bout $5 for 16oz, it will last a very long time.

Yeah, I was thinking of getting some of that at the health food store near me..I didn't have my nasal problems until about 3 weeks into using VG though..(still could be just from leftover cold?)

I'm trying out some Ecopure VG-based flavors now. They do not seem to be as drying as PG, but they are consistently making me sneeze. I haven't seen anybody else mention this, so I'm going to do some comparison testing.

I've found that cutting with more than a few drops of VG irritated my nose/sinuses, so I only use PG now and maybe just a drop or 2 of VG in 1 mL mixture if there is a need to use it (like for thickness or vapor).

Yeah, that was about 2 months or more ago, and since then, I haven't had irritated sinus yet. That was when I had used about 25-30% VG in a mixture, but at the time, the VG seemed a bit easier for me to get, so I had planned to cut juice with it instead of PG.

None, nadda, zippo, zilch! I usually use a 3 to 2 ratio of PG/VG + everclear + flavor + menthol crystals. The pure VG + flavor + menthol didn't work for me. Have you sniffed the menthol crystals? |

I use 50/50 PG/VG and don't have a problem. But as some people can not do PG, you might not be able to do VG. Just a thought. Do some testing is the only way I can say to find out. Burnie |
