Crazy dreams anyone?
So I have been having crazy realistic dreams. Have a serious phobia of zombies - woke up this morning terrified my boyfriend was one. Not kidding.
Anyone else experiencing weird dreams that are way too realistic?
Is this a symptom of nic withdrawl or is it something else maybe?

I believe it is the lack of all the other crap in the analogs that dilutes your dreams, or maybe just the simple fact of sleeping better. I dream a lot more now and they are way more vivid. I do honestly believe that nicotine addiction is way overblown. It was the chemicals I was addicted to. I think you dream better because your body isn't slowly being poisoned anymore.

this is going to be your best explanation................sleeping better helps you remember your dreams. The crazy stuff was there all along you just didn't remember it.

yea possibly all the longer deeper cleaner inhales and exhales help boost that REM sleep mode.

I haven't had any crazy, or should I say any crazier dreams than usual since vaping. But when I first quit analogs last year I was having very realistic smoking dreams. It was like I could smell it and taste it. When I woke up I actually felt like I had been really smoking.
