I feel good!
I've been smoking analogs for thirty plus years. I switched to e-cigs on June 25. Yesterday, I broke out my bicycle and went for a ride around the neighbourhood for the first time since 1995.

Keep with it! I also noticed a huge increase in my endurance when I quit.

I worked retail for 7 years, very up close and personal with the public. Even smoking analogs, I was to the point of going out and buying a case of Altoids for the customers before they started through my office door. I smell your pain, Bro! Luckily I probably gave it back to them a bit as I was a heavy coffee drinker and smoker at the time.

I've noticed that I don't get as fatigued since I started vaping (and am only smoking 1 to 3 real cigs a day now). It's a small improvement (I have fibromyaglia so I don't expect to ever return to "normalcy") but I'll take whatever I get!!!

Good to hear about any improvements no matter how small you consider it. This really does reinforce the belief among many (especially me) that these FDA attacks on e-cigs are nothing more than losing $$.

Riding longer and further now!
This morning I went for a little over a 3 mile bike ride in low gear all the way. I wasn't even huffing and puffing until I got back into the subdivision. It's all uphill back to the house. Legs are a little wobbly, chest feels fine, just a bit of heart burn though. Plus, I haven't even really felt hungry yet, haven't even really drank that much water either. That was at 8:30am and it's now 4:07 pm, took me about 35 minutes. And Uncle Sam wants me to believe e-cigs are bad for you!

I have cycled 2000 miles since I started vaping... and wow what a difference vaping has made.
