Good ole' DevilFish (he must have gone back to cigs!) posted his problems and was the first to report acne. He also noted, and I'll back him up, a change in the smell of urine. To those, I'll add muscle cramps that I definitely think are related to inhaling PG. Dry, sore throats early on. Increased phlegm production, both from quitting cigs AND inhaling PG. |

This is great guys, thanks! I think part of this exercise is we don't exactly now what's related and what isn't - but the more knowledge we compile the easier it is for folks. For us new e-smokers, some of the changes can get us overly paranoid. And sometimes, we aren't sure if we're experiencing an allergic reaction or not - so the more we can combine a body of knowledge on symptoms the more it can help. |

Bob thanks for posting that, I was getting worried. I have kidney stone issues now and again and my urine was getting like I had lunch in an asparagus factory.

1. The good: My bronchitis is gone in less than a week with e-cig. I mean i am not hearing any more this "train" when i breath out heavily. 2. I have muscle cramps much easier when i strain my muscles, or in some difficult movements or poses. 3. My tongue and my mouth are more sensitive as they was as i begone to e-smoking. I have a burnt taste by smoking that i did non had on the beginning. 4. After a month with e-cig, a had (2 days ago) throat bothers. I took a couple Lysopaine pills and it's gone. I don' t know if that comes from the e-cig. Sorry for my English |

The only things I experienced besides dry throat was muscle cramps and a generally wiped out feeling. I found myself napping a lot. Could have been because of the muscle cramps.

Add these symptoms since starting to vape: I've lost 3 limbs, 4 teeth, hair is falling out, blind in one eye and can't see out hte other one, Deaf in both ears, huh?, no long term memory left, If I remember right, I zig when I should zag now, Tremors everytime I run into the car in front of me, I get out of breath after 20 or so blocks after gettign caught hitting on the neighbors wife, and my big toe has started to throb for no apparent reason, except maybe becaasue I dropped a can of soup on it. I'm goign back to regular smoking |

The usual dry throat and mouth from the PG/VG. A few days of light headedness when I first started to vape, probably from a mix of over and under dosing of nicotine as I learnt to e-smoke. Itching, especially the back of the hands. Not a great deal but enough to be noticed. |
