Couple months! Oh joy. So socializing is out. I never know when one will sneak out. Like no control. Soooooo embarrassing. OOH.

I have noticed other things, some, like nicotine smelling urine which I know from other nic. products I've tried, going away.

But my skin texture is changing. Bumps, not zits, and very dry. Moisturize a lot and it is still dry and feels like my face is cracking.

Also, crusty eyelids just a touch.

My sis said once, the skin bumps, like ingrown hair, are lack of niacin. I just found out my vitamin D is depleted. Maybe I am niacin deficient also.

    Anyone else notice/having these things?

Due to "feeling dry", I notice I now drink almost a gallon of liquid a day. Pee a lot....LOL

But really, I find myself constantly drinking after vaping. I really haven't noticed dry eyes or skin....more my mouth and throat.

Oh to add something else...I know you can get headaches from dehydration (think hangover) so whenever I feel any little headache startin', I up the fluids. If this stuff does dry you out, dehydration can wreak havoc on your body.

Stuffy nose is all I've noticed so far, dunno if it's e-vape related or not.

I have an outbreak of ingrown hairs and would like to know if any one else has had this so I can see if it might be attributed to vaping.

Another member of the club Di. Kaston, scroll down to ladybug and dikerry and more info further down. I have been using a gentle loofah, body butter in areas, lots of lotion, and still have flakey skin. The bumps? I'll keep using the loofah and hopefully it will help both these side effects.

Also, do you live in a dry area? That makes it worse as I know.

    Best to you,
    Bug
