Hi DC. That's glycerine ... vegetable glycerine.

I've got a new one. I've been vaping two weeks on a pen style from NJoy with e-liquid Marlboro Med from Smokey Treats - no issues.

Just got my Super Micro from Smart Fixx last night. Vaping their Marlboro Low carts. I have burning temple type headache and an anxiety attach. I was wondering if I was OD'ing or going through withdrawl. Smoked a few analogues, but doesn't help the headache. So, am I playing with my new e-cig too much and OD'ing or is this e-liquid wrong for me? Or is it the delivery of the super micro that causes it? Not sure. I'm going back to my pen.

As for some of the other symptoms I've seen on this thread, I have some insights from using the patch and having quit for 4 months on Chantix.

The foggy head, lack of concentration happens on both nicotine replacement and no nicotine with Chantix. Also, the vivid dreams (happens with both).

Looks like they are not related to the nicotine, but to the overall effect of smoking tobacco - or rather, not smoking tobacco. There is a thread on this site that goes into detail of the dual effects of tobacco smoking on brain chemistry. This affect cannot be duplicated with nicotine replacement. Also, these symptoms seem to parallel Paxil and Prosac - but when you start them, not get off of them.

My smoker's cough was due to a combination of allergies to my dogs and cats and dust mites AND tobacco smoking. I'll just say it was a very "productive" cough. After vaping and drastic reduction of analoges, it is now just a dry cough, and only first thing in the morning. That's a good thing.

    Default Suggestion...

I have been reading this thread and I wanted to pass along some advice on a couple of issues that can be addressed....I see alot of you that suffer from bad heart burn or stomach acid. I have suffered from it for years and have found an iron clad solution and easy fix....It doesnt taste good but it will knock it out almost instantly. Take a drink of Apple Cider Vinegar mixed in regular applejuice. I would say at least a good mouthful. Heartburn goes away quick...It also helps with any joint pain, or arthritus symptoms greatly if you use it everyday...I know because I use this for both these problems.....Works like a miracle...

Apple Cider Vinegar is also a great Hair Conditioner. Some hairstylists use a small amount in Hair Color and Perms to make them last longer!

    HI

I have been on e-ciggies for a week now with no noticable side effects aside from a throat ache of note. I hope this will pass.

Im a pretty light e-smoker ... only use it after work and then only take about 5-10 drags per hour. No normal smokes so far.

Is there a way to fix the throat thing?

I had the same problem at first, but it only lasted a few days. If it doesn't pass, consider VG. If that doesn't work, vaping might just not be for you.

And drink lots of water at first, that was the best suggestion anyone gave me. It worked wonders for me.

the only problem with getting premixed VG juice is me being in south africa.

We have only one supplier here and they so only some of the janty flavours. ([twisp.co.za])

Importing costs 3 arms and 4 legs , and i was only issued with 2 each. (south african rand isnt known as the strongest currency).

Can you mix your own VG juice with low or no nicotine? (i have been browsing the forum , but im still kinda lost and confused)

Thanx for the help so far.
