Holy cats. I've read this whole thread. Do I get a cookie?

I'm on day three vaping. No dramatic side effects so far. Bit of a dry mouth, a touch of rawness in the back of my throat right after vaping a couple of times, some gas yesterday afternoon. Just a touch of edgyness from being off the analogs on day one.

I went straight from analogs to the ecig as soon as it arrived in the mail. I had three puffs of an analog that first night before retiring to bed, and that's the end of the analogs for me. I knew from the start that handing the liquid with nic in it was something to be careful with. I wash my hands after adding liquid to my cart, and I'm careful not to over fill so I don't suck any raw liquid onto my lips when I draw.

I smoked for 40 years. I've always known that all the products out there to help quit smoking were never going to work for me. This is the first product I thought could do the trick, and I do believe it has. Because I still have the smoking 'action' that I love, and a bit of nic to feed the beast, this has been remarkably *easy*. I've posted on facebook about it, and another friend went out and bought his first ecig and loves it, too. Another two friends want to try them.

Thanks everyone! I hope any problems you are having pass quickly! And don't forget, if you are quitting analogs, taking a good multi-vitamin wouldn't be a bad idea to help your body out.

I have been vaping 2 weeks.

My sense of smell is getting better! Hubs analogs smell awful but I am trying not to say anything to him.

Had to hang out in the bathroom quite a bit- now I see others had that issue.

I can make it up the stairs much better now.

Haven't noticed anything else but will now be on the look out.

    Default Acne issues...getting worse!

I went cold turkey off analogs in the beginning of August when my first eciggie arrived. I had the common symptoms that alot of you here have mentioned but the acne issue isnt going away. Its getting worse. I also started trying some other suppliers liquids lately but I dont know if that has anything to do with it. I am about ready to quit altogether.....Im so frustrated with breaking out like this. My doctor said it may be from residual nic on my hands (sometime like in the car or running errands you cant wash all the time) and then touching my face. Who know but if anyone has any experience with acne getting worse after the initial breakouts that you get in the beginning/Please let me know...Thanks

I rolled off analogs around June/July and my acne is just beginning to subside. But I'm not sure if it is my face getting back to normal or this acne complex cream I am using. Also, I am finally just beginning to poop normally again (constipation was my primary withdrawal issue). Of course you don't have the pooping problem but it does suggest that for some people, it takes a VERY long time for the body to go back to normality, especially if there is a long history of smoking.

I would laugh except that's been a problem for me too. I think my system is finally normalizing though. My morning coffee actually did for me today what it's supposed to do. Three cheers for caffeine stimulation without the aid of tobacco!
Smoke-free since Oct '09 thanks to ecigs!

I just started vaping 3 days ago. I developed a small sore in my mouth. its going away, and now I know where it came from. I also had a mean headache yesterday for like 5 minutes...I think I took in too much niccotine. nicotine is soo much better this way. I can feel the nicotine's euphoric effects much clearer now with vaping. with analogs,
I thought the nicotine effects were sleepy, foggy head, just crappy feelings along with the "fix".
I have been vaping alot, cause its new and i am excited on multiple levels! like a kid playing with a christmass present. lol
I am cutting down my chain vaping.

I also want to add, we all have to keep in mind cleanliness when using an e smoke that we are handling and reusing, i see some people having issues with sore throat and mouth, and sores, things of that nature....

remember ppl that your hands are full of germs, these germs get onto the s emoke and than from there into the mouth, so clean hands and clean the e smoke on the regular, mb use hand sanitizer and than give the e smoke a wipe down real quick. it may not nessisarily be the emoke vapor giving you a sore in ur mouth, or a sore throat, it might be the fact that its something you are reusing and handling and putting in your mouth.

the normal smokes were things we used and tossed after, so that would be a non issue. we are all looking to esmokes as a miracle product but forgetting that there's a whole new format to using it, handling it and so on...
