I'm not out to quit, I just wanted a cleaner way to inhale nicotine. No Ash Trays Etc.

I wanted to cut down from 100/day, to 20 or less a day. I did this immediately and for the next 30 days. I have not had a kool in 10 days now. I do however, have so much stuff now, I have literally spent thousands on ecigs-liquid-cartridges...and feel betta too |

I wasn't out to quit either. Still am not (I will smoke analogues when backpacking), but I prefer the e-cig |

I started ecigs and haven't tried a burning fag since. I have had a few times that I had a craving to have one but the ecig kept me from acting on it.

I still crave normal cigs (even with 36mg juice), but I think my big problem is just associating the things I don't do with the e-cig that I do in my normal "smoking routine" (lighting it, going outside when at work, etc.).

Another one here who had no intention whatsoever of quitting, just happened without me even noticing it until I realised after a few days that I hadn't had an analogue for a while and couldn't even figure out exactly when I'd quit smoking them Been off the analogues for about 5 1/2 months now and no cravings for them at all, I much prefer E-smoking. This is after 25+ years of smoking (just before quitting I'd managed to cut down to about 15/day). The E-cigarette is a great invention as far as I'm concerned ! Cheers, Silver |

Add me as well I never had any intention of giving up my beloved cigarettes but have not had one now for nearly 3 weeks and don't really want one either. I suppose after 5 months or so just got out of one habit and into another, funny really. But it is nice not having to go out into the cold anymore and it tastes so much better.

Well, I fell off the wagon today. I've had a couple of analogue smokes today on the way home. I'll settle for that though. That's 2 cigarettes in 6 days. Considering I was on 20 a day that's a big improvement. I even got a hint of the flavour I got from my initial cigarette all those years ago. I never thought I'd taste that again! I've removed my ticker from my sig, as it doesn't apply any more. |

| Don't worry - you felt like smoking tobacco and you did, that's all. No crime has been committed! Tomorrow you may well want to vape all day instead. Luckily we're still in a free country and you have the right to make adult choices. I've noticed that I'm vaping less than I did - but luckily I'm still tobacco free. |
