It'll all end in beers.

I do indeed expipeman. I'm quite happy vaping most of the time as I am. As I say I didn't take up e-smoking to quit regular smoking, but I'm amazed at how much it's cut my intake.

Got my kissbox hooked up to my USB at the moment. I should be getting some new carts delivered to work, hopefully tomorrow so I can sample some different flavours at my desk. I've only got the medium MLB left from the carts I got it with. MLB high's pretty nice but the medium's a bit bland. Got green apple, coffee, virginia and RY4 all high nic on the way.

I find that in times of especially heavy stress, I still have the real thing. The first thing in the morning cig is also playing havoc. BUT, having said that, I don't really miss a real one after eating anymore - which is a MAJOR milestone I thought I'd never overcome.

The pack of cigs I bought on Sunday still has about 7 in it, which is again another unheard of thing for me. Like Cass said in another post - a month ago I would have freaked out if I was down to 7 cigs...

This stuff WORKS - plain and simple.

Pretty same here.
I originally got the e-cig so I could smoke at work. (I wasn't even supposed to go outside and have a cig on my breaks!)
Since I got my e-cig, I've been smoking less and less.

I used to smoke anywhere between 1 and 2 packs a day.
Now I'm down to 2-3 cigs a day.

Funny thing is, the one thing that triggers me lighting up a real cigarette is driving.
If I don't drive...I don't smoke. LOL

My thoughts exactly. Yesterday was my first day without a tobacco cigarette in probably 10 years (not counting the two times I was laid up in hospital for surgery, I couldn't be bothered with a cigarette then) This can and will replace 90% of my smoking. I still enjoy cigars now and then, and I have a decent supply of quality roll-your-own tobacco and good cigarette machines, I can't imagine throwing all that away, i'll use it sparingly. I had a tobacco cig about an hour ago, enjoyed it very much, and now I'm chonging away on my e-cig. Once my tobacco is gone I don't expect to buy any again, except for the occasional cigar, cuz the experience of a good cigar CAN NOT be duplicated!! E-cigs are awesome.

YAY.
Today was my first day without a real cig for as long as I can remember.
Hopefully, I can keep this up

Good luck - it's MUCH easier to do this with e-cigs than any other way that I've tried. Tomorrow lunchtime will be 6 weeks without tobacco for me - so it can be done

Good work to everybody! I'm winding down my fourth day without tobacco... It's been relatively easy for me, which is saying something coming off of a 40 a day habit!
