What if it comes out looking like an e-cigar complete with attached usb passthrough?Funny stuff. I don't want to see a video review of it though.

I certainly am hestitant to get involved in such a toilet discussion, but this reminded me of an entertaining article on the subject I read 20some years ago. Was written by Cecil Adams, someone the kids nowadays might refer to as a "MythBuster".
Happened to dig up a link to the original: (remove the spaces, sorry can't post links)

Ok, so it's not quite as entertaining as I remember it being 20 years ago. But this is no myth.
Hk, I'm not sure what to think. I smoked for 44 years, close to two packs a day. I'm now smoking my ecig almost constantly. I've been cigarette free now since mid-October - except for a few times when I've had tecnical problems with my ecigs. And I still do get terrible cravings the minute an atomizer starts to get wimpy on me.
But I posted the withdrawal symptoms list because I've seen so many people posting concerns that they have "symptoms" or side-effects from using ecigs - when I know from my own many quit attempts and from reading and research that many of the issues being discussed are in fact classic nicotine withdrawal symptoms.
I know there is a lot of concern posted for possible nicotine overdose here too, but we really don't know how much nicotine we're effectively getting from our eliquids, even the higher strengths. I've got to say my personal opinion is that we (or some of us at least) are getting a lot less nicotine than we might otherwise think from the numbers alone. I'm sure others might disagree, but I'm only listening to my body and my past experience on this.
I think you're right. It's only now (after reading this thread lol!) I've noticed that I am a bit achy and feel pretty miserable. I am also quite the wind farm, which is really annoying. I've been off just shy of two weeks and i guess this is the worst of it. I smoked for 30 years. I'm just gobsmacked at how really terribly toxic I must be, have been. I do feel better, but there is some definite rearranging going on.
make no mistake, it is indeed true. In fact, I've "quit" multiple times just to go back to analogs due to this problem. This time, I'm getting some assistance with the ecig, but not as much as I hoped to. Upping nic intake in the morning helps a whole lot, and changing diet takes care of most everything else. Increasing water, raw veggies, fiber, etc. When those don't work, enter over the counter stuff to help things "along"
As far as the wind goes...man, the jet stream is sometimes passing through the room. It comes and goes though. It pretty much depends on how often and how productive the #2's are. Again, nic intake, diet and last resort over the counter helps here. This may sound direct and forward, but we all do it. Not like it's unnatural or anything. Our own vitality revolves around this body function performing normally.
i'm sad i missed this post ;0
i was actually asking a friend if he'd had any increase in heartburn or indigestion. i've not been having any of the other real issues from not smoking, but i'm keen to a lot of heartburn and acid reflux anyway. i believe mine is just coincidental with what i've eaten the past couple days.
as for the "regularity" and smoking, i can attest that many times after smoking analogs it would feel like the smoke was pushing through my body, so to speak, so i think/feel there is truth to smoking relaxing your "body" in ways we don't...request.
so far...no analog since 2/19 for me, though i didn't smoke that much anyway, and no stomach issues with the withdrawal![]()
Thanks for the response everyone! Sorry I'm so late in responding but they only let me out occassionally now.![]()
I'm glad I wasn't the only one who had to go to the bathroom after smoking in the morning. I would walk outside, puff about 5 drags the....oh god....time to go....
As for the gas, I haven't had that issue but I know of quite a few who have since moving to the E-Cig. Don't think it's anything to worry about. Just let it out man..
So I guess igetcha did drop a huge log since he is still around![]()
