Igetcha is more the expert here maybe? We will have to all send him a message soon if someone else already did without a reply! Fresh fruit and vegetables do not always work either... A daily enema isn't all that convenient to make up for a few hours of vaping and totally not smoking analogs! ;-\ Women, I'd expect to have this problem more than men - only because we are supposed to be sensitive... Men, should be able to adjust quicker?! Does anyone have any suggestions other than 3x the normal amount of water one would drink? Spicy food, salad, and beans do not make much of a difference for me. My usual diet can't be more extreme - hot peppers, tons of fruit, curry too? I've lit a few matches to smell sulphur and candles to blow out and smell the wick, but it still doesn't do it. Could start drinking hot coffee in the morning now that it is getting colder out? If Red Bull and Iced Coffee, etc. do not do the trick either, I'm not sure just coffee being hot will either. Ideally, sex at night, again in the morning, a cigarette, then hot coffee, breakfast and orange juice should be all anyone needs... How do you improvise with half of those pleasures, excluding the analog cig? Staying up late (nicotine does that too), playing with matches trying to figure it out. So glad I'm anonymous on here to everyone who does not know me personally! lol |

I will say only thing that you are getting addicted. And addiction to anything is dangerous.

I agree as far as addiction goes, and wish I could edit that post to be not so graphic. TMI from lack of sleep and other things. Cold turkey has been in the past, the best way for me to quit smoking. But, in convincing others to quit, the ecigs are good for those who still want "simulated smoke". My posts were honest to my own experience and I still do not fully understand why I and many others have dry skin, breakouts, and constipation from vaping on ecigs, no analogs, and a healthy diet. I guess, with any side effect, to cut back and do everything in moderation makes sense. Everyone is different. And, what works for some, may not for others. | |
