I totally did not know that.... something new everyday... and I worked at a hospital! The bacteria comment, I knew about drinking plenty of water. Your throat gives you many indicators that you need a drink after your first 5 mins vaping.

Being in retail I get exposed to a lot. As a chain smoker a bad cold would usually last 2-3 weeks for me, now it's 2-4 days.

The viral sinus, upset stomach, and headache thing is making it through the household. I've had it for the last couple of days. I'm taking my generic Clariton and I've kept on vaping. The others around here fought it for about a week and actually put them down for a few days.
I'm barely affected.

I am amazed that vaping has antimicrobial properties! I wish mine would hurry up and get here now! My cold/flu has progressed into a terrible painful cough and while I am smoking less to try to save myself some extra pain, I can't help but smoke and it's making everything worse by far. My lungs aren't congested but my sinuses are draining into my throat and it HURTS. Puffs Plus with Vicks is a wonderful thing though...
