I will say this though. Vaping while sick is approximately 8 million times better than smoking while sick.

That's right and it was joke. Not saying I'm Monk, although the obsessive compulsive might fit wrt ecigs ;-) In that sense there's a lot of 'Monks' around this place. lol

I am actually going to the doctor tomorrow because I have been having slight flu like symptoms, so I will post back to let everyone know. Only reason I am actually going to the doctor though is because I won't have another day off work for the next 2 weeks so I figure I'd go early and knock it out IF it actually is the flu. It could just be the fact that I've been working an avg of 80 hours per week plus taking 18 credit hours in college.
I hear stress can cause similar symptoms.... oh and not to mention the stress of waiting for my new protege/TW liquids/Nhaler liquids to arrive

It's something Monk says when he's complimented for his memory, etc., although he always says it as a 'cliche' without meaning it. Lol.

On a somewhat related note, I go back for another CT scan in December to check on the progression of my lung disorder. It will be interesting to see if vaping has had any positive or negative effects on it. My last CT scan was done in August, about 2 weeks after switching from a pack a day of analogs to the ecig. I know I certainly feel better now compared to when I was smoking!
Jennifer757,
Do you mind sharing what ur lung disorder is? Im having follow up CTs every few mnths for noncalcified lung nodules, smoked for 23yrs, im 32, and no lung infections in YRS!!! Im just curious to know if you have the same issue-If so...Id like to keep in touch along our journeys of findong out?

No problem. I have Bronchiectasis and as of yet, the doctors don't know why. I've had a ton of tests done which all came out negative. The doctor requested a cystic fibrosis test, but the insurance company won't pay for it. Stingy HMO! The bronchiectasis was found because I have had repeated pneumonia infections (twice this year plus more in the past) which never completely resolved on xrays. This condition isn't always related to smoking, as more non-smokers have it than smokers. I'm 36 and smoked for 17 years.

Is anyone getting the swine flu shot? I have read pros and cons on this particular vaccine.
