Hunger dissapearing?
I've just recently noticed this. I've always had a problem with weight. While I havn't ever exactly been obese due to my build. I'm naturally muscular that is. My weight has always floated in the 210 to 228 area. Since I've moved up to a higher nic e-liquid I've been hungry SIGNIFICANTLY less. I would often eat all day and I'd always have to feel full. Lately though If I'm feeling a little bit hungry and start taking drags the feeling is completely gone. I now probably only eat 3 full meals a day instead of the 3 meals and the 20 or so snacks a long the way. I've dropped down from 228 to 195 in the last 6 months. Just thought I would throw this out there.

I'm also eating less.
I think that the slight sweetness of most juices satisfies the urge to snack on candy etc. Also I've found that chocolate is not a food that I crave any more it's more like ok I don't see what all the fuss was about before, if that makes any sense. Also a lot of the foods that I realy liked and over indulged in are now at the stage where the taste is kind of overpowering if I eat too much now. I don't know if this makes any sense but it's the only way I can explain it.

Me Too
I'm eating and snacking less as well. Why should I? My typical MO is to have six 510's loaded for bear with my favorite flavors always at hand. When I have Vanilla Cotton Candy, Strawberry Pie, Pear, Cheesecake, Caramel, and Cinnamon Roll Twist at hand all day, it would be almost redundant to snack. Within the first two weeks of vaping I lost eleven pounds. Add to that another six pounds since then for a total of seventeen pounds.
When you top that with the fact that I've dropped a pack an a half to two pack a day habit (I don't smoke at all anymore), and I've been able to drop two out of three of my high blood pressure medications then I have to come to the conclusion that the FDA is out of their minds.

I lost some weight, yeah!! I don't get hungry as often.

Awesome news!! Have you all quit cigarettes as well? Usually when somebody quits smoking, they gain a lot of weight. Not only can we quit smoking, lose a bit of weight as well.

nicotine acts as a thermogenic, which will also increase your basal metabolic rate.

Defitely losing some appetite, obviously, I'm less than two weeks into this, so I can't claim any weight loss, but most definitely not feeling as hungry lately.
I put it down to vaping a lot of RY4 and not wanting any sweet snacks.

The above statement is correct about nicotine. It increases heart rate and blood pressure, too. But in the tests done on propylene glycol vapor forced onto primates .. they gained weight. No explanation was given, but those were the results.
An appetite suppressant quality might have more to do with flavor than with nicotine. I was reading last night about some WOW! nasal snuff flavors that are designed specifically to kill food cravings. The flavors include coffee, apple pie, etc. You take a sniff when hungry; bingo, no more hunger. Same might hold true for e-liquid's sweet flavored offerings.

Yeah I used to go heavy on the tobacco flavors until recently. I can't really tell you if those had much of an effect on hunger since I haven't noticed it till now which seems to support that idea. Been trying lots of sweet flavors such as strawberry, lemon, and grape.

Well, nicotine is a stimulant, and like other stimulants can decrease appetite. I have noticed this with vaping, as I'll often forget to eat, or cut a meal out of my day entirely. Fine with me, as I want to lose a few anyway.
Also, I have a chronic sweet tooth for candy or cookies, and vaping sweeter flavors, like caramel or pralines, kills my craving for sweets. Also fine with me.
